Existing Dimming Systems in Demanding Applications? The LumenOptix LRD is the Answer!
As part of its campus wide sustainability intitiative, New York University ("NYU") was looking to upgrade the lighting in its Frederick Loewe Theatre. The incandescent house lights were costly in both energy consumption as well as maintenance. As with most theaters and performing art venues, the theater has an existing dimming system and an upgrade to LED required a product that would satisfy the dimming criteria required in theaters. The LumenOptix 10" down light was the answer and NYU is enjoying nearly 80% energy reduction while essentially eliminating maintenance.
Up to 8000 lumen packages available.
